Ik vind hem een baas en heb zonder na te denken een 10 gestemd.
Ik heb twee oude posts van mij over hem opgezocht op Harderstate:

I agree with a lot of posts in here about artists that deserve respect. I'd like to add one more name which I haven't read in here (I guess): Manuel Tessarollo aka Activator.
He has been in the scene for over a decade so he CAN be called one of the pioneers of hardstyle. Some of his old tracks are incredibly hard, allthough he also made tracks which had great euphoric melodies with pitched kicks. So you can call him a diverse producer. His album Authentic Style is my favourite hardstyle album.
Lately he has been experimenting with a new style on his subground label. This is music with a different feeling, but I do like it. I think this is a relatively unique style, since I can't find much artists who produce the same kind of tracks. (I can only mention Organ Donors) Here he also deserves some respect by opening new doors.

I have no idea what to recommend, because almost everything is great. He also made fantastic tracks under various aliases, also shown on
Discogs. Under his Spy-Kore alias for example, he made some really hard tracks.
I really love the completeless of Manuel. He made fantastic euphoric hardstyle, while he also produced extremely hard tracks. He made fantastic oldskool tracks and more melodic 2007-2010 tracks. Authentic Style is a great example of this. Some of his later releases were not as epic as before. But some more recent tracks by Manuel in the 'raw' genre are certainly worth a listen.
I also love his Subground releases. I really hope that's going to thrive.
